1.Usage and scope of application

PE PP PPR pipe extrusion equipment  is mainly used in the production of water supply and drainage pipes , which used for agriculture and construction , cable coating and other fields.

The production line is mainly used to produce large diameter pipes for water supply, drainage, gas supply, chemical, agricultural irrigation, and daily life, etc.

2.Configuration

PE PP PPR pipe extrusion equipment  is consisted of extruder , vacuum calibrator , hauling machine ,cutter and tipping rack , hauling machine unit has come ways of hauling , such as crawler-type, three-claw type , four-claw type , six-claw type and so on . There are also knife-lifting cutter and planetary cutter.

3.Machine composition & characteristics

The advantages of this HDPE pipe production line are as follows: unique structure, advanced automation, easy operation, and stable continuous production. The pipe produced by this HDPE pipe production line is the first choice for gas supply and outdoor water supply because of properly rigidity and strength, also possess good flexibility, creep resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and good thermal fusion welding performance.

The production line consists of control system, screw extruder, die, setting& cooling system, haul-off machine, cutter and reversing device. Normally the production line has two extruders, one is high efficient HDPE specialized screw extruder, the other smaller one is used to extrude marker line.

Mould and auxiliary machines: the die we use is basket type or spiral shunt type complex extrusion die. The advantages of such kind of die are easy adjust and even discharging. The diameter control unit is processed through unique grooving and water ring cooling to guarantee the pipe molding precision. Regarding to the auxiliary, use high efficient double chamber vacuum sizing technology and spray cooling water tank to improve the pipe yield and meet high speed production requirement. About the large diameter pipe, use tractor which is controlled by ac variable-frequency motor. The motor is driven by energy-efficient inverter to ensure the precise speed regulation and it synchronous with extruding process. Use high speed and precisely designed cutter to make the cutting surface evenly. The cutter is fixed with powerful suction device to collect the waste so as to save maintenance.
